Exchange & Return policy

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund.  For any manufacturing defect, please contact cs@enerskin.com.

RETURNS:

Enerskin stands by every product we make.  If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your Enerskin product, contact cs@enerskin.com.  Returns must be unwashed and unused  in original packaging with tags attached.  Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund.  Any merchandise returned after the returnable period will only be accepted at our discretion for a store credit. 

Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 10%.

EXCHANGES:

To ensure quick turnaround, we DO NOT process exchanges.  For exchanges, we advise our customers to make a new purchase for the correct item and contact our cs@enerskin.com to start the return process for the original purchase.   All approved returns will be refunded per our Return Policy.

All sales during Special Promotions are final and not returnable.  However, exchanges (by way of return and repurchase) or returns for store credit on these orders are gladly excepted.  All returns must be requested within 30 days from purchase date

Shipping

  • Enerskin offers free shipping on any orders over $99 in the 50 United States and Puerto Rico
  • Most orders are processed within 24 hours. Standard shipping within United States takes up to 5-9 business days.
  • International orders take up to 20 days for delivery.
  • Express options are available at checkout at an additional cost.  These include 2 day and next day delivery.  

International Shipping

  • International orders take up to 20 days for delivery.
  • Packages may be held by customs and delayed.
  • International packages cannot be tracked once they leave the United States. Be patient with the international shipping process, it will always take longer than domestic shipping.

Taxes, Tariffs, and Duties

In the event that customs charges a fee to have your package complete international travel, the customer will be liable for the additional cost. These fees would be incurred once the package has arrived at the destination country.
