• Free Shipping: Enerskin offers free shipping on any orders over $99 in the 50 United States and Puerto Rico 
• Processing Time:Orders will be shipped 1-3 business days after your order has been received. Orders received after 1:00 pm (EST) will be shipped out the next business day. If an order is placed after 1:00 pm (EST) on Friday, the order will be shipped out the following Monday. 
• Exclusions:We do not ship on weekends or holidays. 
• Notifications:Once the order is processed, you will receive an email that the order has been shipped and will also receive a tracking number.

• International orders can take approximately 20 days for delivery.
• Packages that are held by customs may cause additional delays.
• International packages cannot be tracked once they leave the United States. Be patient with the international shipping process, it will always take longer than domestic shipping.
